Returns and exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your Paise purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you are entitled to a refund or exchange up to 21 days from the dispatch of goods. Simply return it to us in its original condition*, we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery. Please also note that items must be returned with all the barcode tags intact. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order before the goods are dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All clearance items are exchange only and are non-refundable.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insured you for the value of the goods.
• You are responsible to retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
• Standard international delivery can take up to 20 working days for parcels to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

*The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags still attached and enclosed documentation. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make up, perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave marks or a scent on the item. When trying on jewellery, please avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and don not apply any unnecessary force. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Discount codes and vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
