Orders will be delivered by one of the following courier companies: Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, Fedex or TNT. Please note that all UK express orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery will be sent to the address specified in your order, unfortunately we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.
All undelivered items will be retained by the delivery company and return to us after a reasonable period of time. In which case, we will issue you a refund for the item but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the items.
We cannot be held responsible for the failure or delay to deliver your order if the delay or failure is due to weather conditions, customs clearance, customs inspection, customs regulation or any other circumstances that is beyond our control. All international customers will be liable for any taxes or duties applicable.
